Flip Flops Property conducts it's own Due Diligence, Market Pricing Appraisals, Rental Market Appraisals, Development Project Assessments, Planning Feasibility  Studies and much more.

By the time we present the "Deal" we will have produced a comprehensive assessment for potential investors to make an educated and informed decision on whether the deal is for them or not!
